There will be a $10 fee for all pre-registered athletes.  Registration the day of will be accepted with a $20 fee collected.

Please pre-register by filling out the form below and returning it to the address on the form.

 PLEASE COME 30 MINUTES EARLY TO REGISTER AND WARM UP!

Additional Information:

  • Teams will consist of 8-10 players
  • Our goal is to accomodate all girls who want to play. Players will be placed on teams based on skill.
  • All paperwork and payments must be submitted at player evaluations
  • Players should plan to arrive early
  • All girls welcome regardless of experience!
